In case of a long-lasting cough, which is not very easy to cure, a tincture made from alcohol and fennel helps a lot, and you can make it yourself, at home.

For this purpose, put 100 g of fennel in a glass bottle, fill it with 500 ml of 70% alcohol and leave it for 2 to 3 weeks. The liquid is then filtered, stored in a glass bottle, and refrigerated.

Drink 10 – 15 drops several times a day. If you suffer from insomnia, try it at night, before going to bed, drink a glass of hot milk to which 1 teaspoon of ground fennel seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey have been added.
