How to make chokeberry juice for better immunity
Here is what the procedure looks like and what ingredients you need:
- 2 kg of chokeberries
- liter of water
- 800 g sugar
- one freshly squeezed lemon
Pour the sugar into water in a pan and put it on the hob until it boils, stirring gradually.
When the water boils, add 2 kg of fresh chokeberries.
Stir constantly until it starts to boil.
While mixing the syrup, squeeze the berries to release as much juice as possible.
When it reaches boiling point, you need to keep the pot on the hob for a few more minutes, then take it out and leave it to cool.
Strain the resulting contents and return them to the stove to boil again.
After the last boil, remove from the heat and add one squeezed lemon juice to chokeberry juice.
Mix all this well and pour the resulting juice into glass bottles that you have previously sterilized.
Close the bottles tightly. Store the drink in a dark and cool place and consume as needed.
If you really want, you can also dilute the syrup with a little water.
